Matthew Bourbon
CONVEYANCER · DIRECTOR
Matthew co-founded the firm with Mick after five years as a Mortgage Broker, where he saw first-hand how much a property transaction hinges on clear, timely communication. Today he focuses on contract advice and settlement oversight, keeping buyers, sellers, agents and brokers aligned through every stage of a deal. Matthew is based on the Bellarine Peninsula and is known for being approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome for every client.
Mick Mastromanno
LICENSED CONVEYANCER · DIRECTOR
Mick co-founded the firm with Matthew and brings decades of property industry experience spanning finance, investment, development and conveyancing. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing alongside a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations), and is known for stripping out the jargon to give clients straightforward, practical advice. A hands-on director across all three offices, Mick regularly attends industry seminars and courses to stay sharp on the legislative changes that can affect clients.

Aliana Lewis
Conveyancer
Aliana balances her role as Pre-Signing Team Leader with a double degree in Law and Arts. This academic background gives her a sharp edge in the legalities of property law, which she applies daily when preparing Contracts and Section 32s.
For Aliana, the appeal of conveyancing lies in the variety. No two days are ever the same, and she loves the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. As a specialist in pre-signing advice and negotiations, she ensures her clients are protected from the very start of their property journey.
A local who grew up in the area, Aliana is well connected to the community. When she isn’t focused on her studies or her clients, you’ll likely find her staying active at the gym, enjoying the local beaches, or planning her next travel adventure.
Halle Armstrong
Settlements Team Leader
Halle came to conveyancing from a high-energy background in hospitality and has progressed to Settlements Team Leader, where she oversees around 1,500 settlements per year. With extensive experience across file management, Section 32 preparation, and contract reviews, she ensures every transaction is handled with efficiency and precision.
For Halle, the highlight of the job is delivering the happy news. There is nothing more rewarding than calling a purchaser or vendor to confirm that their property has officially settled. She takes great pride in being the person who sees each file through to that final moment.
A lifelong Geelong local, Halle enjoys spending quality time with her partner, family, and friends, often exploring the local dining scene. At home, she’s kept busy by her three babies: two cats and a dog. She also stays active with regular workouts.
Hannah Allan
Conveyancer
Hannah brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for client care to the team. She was drawn to conveyancing by the opportunity to use her high-level organisational skills to guide people through one of life’s biggest milestones.
For Hannah, the most rewarding part of the job is that finish line moment, seeing the relief and excitement on a client’s face when a complex transaction comes together perfectly. Whether she’s assisting a first-time buyer or helping a family sell a home full of memories, she prides herself on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When she isn’t at her desk, Hannah is usually found staying active through sports, getting creative with various craft projects, or curling up with a good book.
Olivia Sinclair
Conveyancer
Olivia made a positive career shift into conveyancing after moving from New Zealand to the Geelong region in 2023. She thrives in the collaborative environment of the office, valuing the daily camaraderie and support of working alongside such a great team.
Olivia believes conveyancing is ultimately about people. She finds it incredibly rewarding to guide vendors and purchasers through what is often one of the most significant achievements of their lives. There is nothing quite like hearing the genuine excitement in a client’s voice when a transaction successfully concludes.
Outside of the office, Olivia is an adventurer at heart, often found road-tripping, camping, or fishing. She also enjoys tapping into her creative side with various arts and crafts projects. Her sporting loyalties remain firmly with the All Blacks and the Warriors. Up the Wahs!

Ruby brings eight years of experience in client care from the healthcare sector to her role at Conveyancing Professionals. She found her niche in conveyancing, where she could continue helping people navigate major life transitions.
Whether she is assisting a family selling a long-held home or guiding a first-time buyer through their very first purchase, Ruby finds great purpose in being a calm, supportive presence for her clients. The most rewarding part of her work is building genuine connections throughout the settlement process.
A local with 24 years in the Geelong area, Ruby is a dedicated sports fan, whether she’s watching from the sidelines or getting involved in the game. She loves hosting games nights and spending quality time with family and friends. If you follow local cricket, you’ll likely find her cheering: Up the Mighty Dino’s!
Tyson Henry
Conveyancer
Tyson’s work as a Conveyancer is driven by a long-standing interest in the property market and a genuine desire to deepen his knowledge of the industry. He has become a welcoming voice in the office, finding great enjoyment in chatting with new clients and helping them kick off their property journeys.
For Tyson, the most rewarding moments come from hearing the genuine excitement in a client’s voice when their transaction is tracking perfectly toward settlement. He thrives on the people side of the business, making sure every client feels heard and supported as they work through their move.
A lifelong Geelong local, Tyson is deeply connected to the community he serves. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated sports enthusiast, following cricket, Formula 1, and football closely. When it comes to footy, his loyalties are clear: Go the Kangaroos!
Christina Cameron
Conveyancer
Christina brings five years of experience in construction and manufacturing administration to her role in the settlements department. She transitioned into conveyancing seeking a more personal way to apply her organisational skills.
For Christina, every settlement is more than a legal transaction. Whether she is celebrating a new beginning with a buyer or supporting someone through the sale of a home full of memories, she prides herself on relating to every client’s unique story. The most rewarding part of her day is hearing the pure excitement in a client’s voice once their settlement has been finalised.
A lifelong Geelong local now based in Lara, Christina plays baseball and softball across Geelong and Werribee. She is also a qualified primary school teacher with a passion for working with children with special needs. When she isn’t on the field or at the office, she’s in the kitchen working through her Nonna’s traditional Italian recipes, travelling with friends, or spending time with her border collies, Tucker and Dog.

Natalie Clayton
Conveyancer
Natalie brings a strong interest in property law and a focus on the contract side of conveyancing. She enjoys reviewing contracts in detail and helping clients work their way through large and complex transactions.
The most rewarding part of the role for Natalie is helping a client really understand what they’re getting into. She finds genuine satisfaction in talking through the terms, answering the questions buyers and sellers don’t always know to ask, and seeing clients feel confident as they move forward.
Away from the office, Natalie is mum to three teenage boys, all of them sports mad. Most of her days and nights are spent driving them between training and games and cheering them on from the sidelines.

Alpha Guillermo
Conveyancer
Alpha helps clients through the whole of their property transaction, from the first look at the contract to the day it settles. Getting every file across the line on time is what she focuses on, and she keeps clients in the loop the whole way.
She chose conveyancing because it puts her alongside people at a big moment in their lives, one that is usually as stressful as it is exciting. The part she enjoys most is working directly with clients and seeing the difference a well-run transaction makes to them. Her background in nursing and recruitment gave her plenty of practice at putting people at ease.
Outside work, Alpha is usually outdoors. She loves hiking, heads away camping whenever she can and always has another trip in the planning stage. On game day, she is barracking for the Geelong Cats.

Matthew Vaccaro
Conveyancer
Matthew works with clients through every stage of the conveyancing process, keeping their property transaction running as smoothly as possible from contract to settlement. He holds a Diploma of Conveyancing, which gave him a solid grounding in the legal side of buying and selling property.
He was drawn to conveyancing by the chance to help people through an important stage of their lives. For Matthew, the most rewarding part of the job is guiding clients through what can be a stressful process and knowing he has made it a little easier for them. Earlier roles in retail and coaching taught him how to listen, explain things clearly and keep people on track.
Basketball is Matthew’s big passion. He plays it, coaches it and never misses a chance to watch a game. Outside work he also enjoys the gym and time with family and friends, and come footy season he’s a proud Collingwood supporter.
Aaron Green
Conveyancer
Aaron brings a background in digital marketing and business development to his role as a Conveyancer at Conveyancing Professionals. He made the move into property because of the chance to be part of the moments that matter most, whether a client is buying their first home or selling a property they have built a life in.
For Aaron, the best part of the job is the people. He genuinely enjoys hearing clients’ stories and understanding what each transaction means to them personally. Working closely with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and buyers advocates keeps each day varied, and he takes real satisfaction in making sure all parties stay aligned from contract through to settlement.
Outside of the office, Aaron is a keen home brewer who takes his beer seriously. He keeps active through regular exercise and likes getting to the beach when he can. When the footy is on, he’s backing the Sydney Swans, and come BBL season his loyalties are firmly with the Melbourne Renegades.
