With a diverse background in property and business, Mick Mastromanno brings more than just conveyancing expertise to the table. His career spans roles as a licensed conveyancer, property investor, developer, and finance professional—giving him a broad and practical understanding of the property industry from multiple angles. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, a Diploma and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations). Mick is also a firm believer in lifelong learning, regularly attending industry seminars and events to stay at the forefront of best practices. As a hands-on director, Mick leads a team of dedicated conveyancers across a three-office network, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and seamless property transactions. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a drive to continuously improve how things are done. Outside the office, Mick is actively involved in his local community, volunteering with his children’s sports clubs as both a coach and committee member. He’s also a passionate supporter of the Richmond Tigers.
