Mick Mastromanno
Licensed Conveyancer/Director
Mick has a long history in business and property. Mick has a passion for all things property and has been involved as a Licensed Conveyancer, investor, developer and finance professional.
When you engage our firm, you are not just getting access to a Licenced Conveyancer, you are also gaining from Mick’s industry experience, contacts and knowledge of the industry.
Mick is committment to lifelong learning and is constantly searching for new ways to do things better. Mick’s formal qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations). In addition, Mick is constantly improving his knowledge by attending seminars, courses and industry events. Mick has a strong network that includes industry professionals and a unique insight into how each element of the property industry works together for our clients benefit.
Mick oversees a strong and committed team of Conveyancers across a three office network. Mick is a hands on operator who is focussed on leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and a quality conveyancing experience.
Mick has strong connections to the community and volunteers within his kids sporting clubs. Mick has been a longtime Coach of both junior football and basketbaall and is heavily involved in a Committee Role. Mick is a mad Richmond Tigers supporter.

Emma Cowey
Licensed Conveyancer
Emma is an accomplished Licensed Conveyancer and Senior Manager within the firm. Emma is the Settlement Co-ordinator for the practice and ensures that property settlements occur accurately and on time. Emma is an expert on the PEXA electronic conveyancing platform and is often asked for assistance by other industry participants when tricky circumstances arise.
Emma is also our go to person for coaching and mentoring our junior conveyancing staff and gets a lot out of seeing our people develop.
Emma is also a long time local of Geelong and the Bellarine and her wide network of personal and professional relationships is a big part of our success. Almost every day our clients call and ask for Emma to look after their conveyancing matter.
Emma is a genuine caring person who thrives on meeting deadlines to ensure a stress free settlement.

Matt Bourbon
Senior Conveyancer
Matt is a Senior Conveyancer and Manager in the business and has a strong knowledge of all things property and conveyancing. Matt is in many ways the face of the business as he is often the person answering the phone and assisting our clients with their conveyancing matters.
Matt has an in depth knowledge of State Revenue Office laws and rulings and is our go to practitioner for complex stamp duty matters and assessments.
Matt’s speciality area of expertise is complex property transactions such as marital transfers, trust transfers, SMSF matters and sub divisions. As an industry veteran, Matt has an enviable contact list with industry professionals across the property spectrum.
Matt is a friendly and approachable person who enjoys spending time with his young family. Matt loves following his AFL team the Collingwood Magpies and is a passionate lifelong club member.

Bree Armstrong
Conveyancer
Our clients love Bree’s positive and friendly attitude and her willingness to work hard to assist our clients with their conveyancing transactions. Bree is an integral member of our conveyancing team and her focus is helping our clients to complete the conveyancing tasks to achieve a smooth settlement.
